Good Noon.... Personally, I am an android user... I am not against Apple... I love the way they do things... But, Still I AM AGAINST them going to court on a lot of occasions.... To be more precise, For every simple or trivial tech option used.... About three days ago, they lost a case against a company which had a patent called iFone in Mexico.... It was first thought to be a case in which Apple had sued the other company for using the same name as theirs... But, it was later found that the iFone company had registered the name FOUR Solid years even before Apple began using the brand name...
However, The Verge explained that this was however not the case and Apple had actually asked the company to cancel or remove their patterns, so that they may proceed with the terms....
