Samsung has again found to be infringing upon one of Apple's copyrighted effect... The effect in question is the bounce back effect displayed when the end of a list is reached... These effect were used in the 2.x versions of Android... This decision was reached in the court in Holland.. Since the effect is used only in old devices, Samsung does not have a major cause to worry.... But, the court has given Samsung 8 weeks to change the effect in question... After that, they have to pay
€100,000 a day...

iPhone couldn't exist without us

The CEO of Samsung ShinJong-kyun has released a bold statement today stating to The Korean Times that without any Samsung owned wireless patents, it is not possible for ANY SMARTPHONE INCLUDING APPLE CAN EXIST... Exact words follow:
The truth never lies. Without Samsung- owned wireless patents, it's impossible for the Cupertino- based Apple to produce its handsets...

My personal opinion is that Apple will think of severing all legal agreements for manufacturing after such a statement.
